OUR FIRST MEETING IS ON ME! I offer a Free Consultation either in person, by phone or Skype upon request. During your Free Consultation we can review your options, and I can then give you an educated cost estimate of the project based on your needs. In the meantime, below are the estimated starting prices for a moderately simple project. Most of my work is done on a per project rate, although some work can be billed on an hourly basis. Remember, all rates are for custom work, and therefore must be priced on an individual basis. The prices listed are basic starting / maximum prices only– your quote will be personalized for your job! YOUR BUSINESS IMAGE: The professional image is a full concept that encompassed your Name, Slogan, Logo and a unique theme that runs across all your documents and advertising. PROFESSIONAL image PACKAGE: This is a combination package offered at a discount, and includes your complete Business Image and Logo, Professional Cards and Office basics: Package Price ~ 300/600
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BASICS: When priced separately. Business cards and Letterhead are priced using the graphics you provide. PUBLICATIONS: Publications are basically all of your custom fliers, brochures, questionnaires, forms, service menus and price lists. The actual price is as unique as you are, and varies based on the complexity of the project. These publications are the size of a standard sheet of paper (8 1/2 X 11) and can be printed as full, folded into half pages, or into thirds. Publications are priced out by the number of pages after the folds, and their individual complexity. FULL PAGES One full page/1 sided flier for print ~ 100/up Add one page for two sided flier ~ 90/up Each additional full page/ One sided ~ 75/up HALF PAGES– including cover Full page w/ single fold—4 one half pages ~ 300/up 2 Full page w/ single fold—8 one half pages ~ 500/up Each additional Full page w/ single fold— 4 one half pages ~ 200/up TRI FOLD- including cover Full page w/ 2 fold– 6 1/3 pages ~ 400/up
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT: Once we have either your provided artwork and image graphics, or mine, we can get started. You must have the image graphics in order to start a website. There are several charges I consider for web development, but generaly: a six page site will run you around 1200/. · There is a one time ‘set up fee’ that encompasses several steps. Starting with the Design Concept, organization and basic blueprint for the layout. Along the way there are website modifications, links and enhancements for the publishing of the site. And the actual publishing of the site. This fee starts at 500. for a simple site and increases along with the complexity of the site. · The second charge is reflected by the number of pages used on the site. The average cost is 100. per page. · We can use any of your photos from home on the website. However, professional photos must be purchased along with flash applications and some graphics. These items are priced separately per photo and range between 5. and 40. each. · In addition, the client is responsible for the purchase of all chosen domain names, hosting and maintenance of the website.
PAYMENT and SCHEDULE: The original meeting and consultation are FREE. The second meeting is to show you the concepts and ideas that I have prepared for you based on the first consultation. If you like what you see and want me to start the project, I will expect a 40% non refundable deposit on the proposed project at that time. Once I receive at least 2/3 of the content from you, I can prepare the website for the first edit. That will be the next official meeting. At this time, you will get to see your first preview of the web site. We will discuss the image and it’s direction along with the pages feel and content… and you will make choices. At that time, if you want me to proceed in the agreed direction, I will expect another payment of 30%. You will have a few more opportunities to edit areas of your web content before the final edit. This assures that the direction is representative of you. The final payment is expected at the final edit. Payment for the project must be paid in full before the website is published or the project is released. Any exceptions must be in writing and agreed on by both parties, at the second meeting. Payment methods accepted are check, cash, or money order. Thank you |
